HUDSON — Beginning with the 2017-18 school year, Cub Scouts Pack 3322 in will participate in a pilot program to include kindergartners.
Previously, Cub Scouts was limited to boys in first through fifth grade, with each grade level participating in both Pack (all combined ages) and Den (grade level specific) activities. The newly announced kindergarten age group will participate in Hudson’s inaugural “Lion Den.”
“The Lion program is a great way for kids and parents to experience Cub Scouts and all that we do,” said Jason Katz, Cubmaster of Pack 3322. “Along with introducing kids to outdoor activities, we also take pride in our charity and community events.”
