DESCRIPTION:Pack 3322 will be marching in Hudson’s Labor Day Parade.  Please wear your full Class A uniform! \nOur staging Area is 75 Milford (Behind Acme) .   \nPickup will be at 91 / Prospect by St Mary’s Church. \n All parade entries need to report to the staging area between 8:00-8:30am. Expect a lot of traffic into the staging area.  The staging area is only accessible from SR 303.  Veterans Way is closed to all traffic beginning at 8:00am.   \nA few general reminders: \n\nNo candy or food items are to be distributed or thrown from the parade entry.\nThe parade is rain or shine.  In the event of severe weather\, any cancelation information will be put out on City social media.

SUMMARY:Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad Bike Aboard!
DESCRIPTION:This event is open to current and prospective families. Want to learn more about Hudson Cub Scouts Pack 3322? Join us for this fun event!\nAt 3:10 on Sunday\, August 22\, we will meet at the Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad Indigo Lake Train Station.  New scout families are welcome to come early (2:45 ) to learn more about the pack and get paperwork sorted out.\n\nAt approximately 3:30 (when the train is scheduled to arrive)\, Scouts\, parents\, siblings\, and families that may be interested in joining Pack 3322\, will board the Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad to participate in its Bike Aboard program.  Specifically\, from the Indigo Lake station\, we will board the northbound CVSR train with our bikes (brought to the meeting from home) and enjoy a train ride through the beautiful Cuyahoga Valley National Park.  We will then get off at the Peninsula station (at approximately 3:45) and then bike the approximately 4.0 miles back to Indigo Lake stop.  It is a beautiful path\, crossing marshes and wetlands while following the Ohio and Erie Canal Trail.  While biking back (about 3 miles into the 4-mile ride)\, everyone is invited to stop for snacks and refreshments (roasted sweet corn\, soft-serve ice cream\, fresh fruit) at Szalay’s Farm & Market.  It is cash or check only.\n\n\nAs with all Cub Scout functions\, Scouts should be accompanied by a parent or other adult.  Scouts should wear their Class Bs.\n\nSiblings and friends who may be interested in Scouting are invited to join in the fun.\n\nAll participants (Scout\, parent\, sibling\, etc.) should submit updated medical forms before we board the train.  (A little trick from a family that has done this a few times\, before signing and dating the forms this year\, scan them into your computer.  Then\, if nothing changes\, just print the scanned forms out next year and sign\, date\, and submit.)\n\nThere is no payment to the Pack\, but if you plan to go please bring:\n\n\n\n$5 per person (in cash (exact amount appreciated) and paid to the CVSR ticket taker on the train)\, \nbikes\, \nbike helmets\, \nwater\, \nmoney for treats at Szalay’s (no cards accepted)\, \nupdated medical forms (Part A and B) for each participant\, and \na backpack to carry your gear and the paperwork from the meeting (including the important popcorn paperwork).
