SUMMARY:Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad Bike Aboard!
DESCRIPTION:This event is open to current and prospective families. Want to learn more about Hudson Cub Scouts Pack 3322? Join us for this fun event!\n\nOn August 10th the pack will hold its annual train ride and bike event. We will board the CVNP Scenic Railroad at Botzum Trailhead (2928 Riverview Rd\, Akron\, OH 44313) and ride the train up the Penninsula. From Peninsula we will then ride our bikes back down to Botzum. Plan to make a stop at Szalay’s Farm Market for some ice cream before finishing off the last stretch of biking.\n\nThe train is scheduled to be at Botzum Trailhead around 10:30 AM. The cost is $5/person. This event is open to all of our scouts\, their family members and friends. We just ask that if your scout brings friend that their friend’s parent also comes along for the event.\nPlan on arriving at least 20 minutes before departure. \n\nAs with all Cub Scout functions\, Scouts should be accompanied by a parent or other adult.  Scouts should wear their Class Bs.\n\n\nAll participants (Scout\, parent\, sibling\, etc.) should submit updated medical forms before we board the train.  (A little trick from a family that has done this a few times\, before signing and dating the forms this year\, scan them into your computer.  Then\, if nothing changes\, just print the scanned forms out next year and sign\, date\, and submit.)\n\nThere is no payment to the Pack\, but if you plan to go please bring:\n\n\n\n$5 per person (in cash (exact amount appreciated) and paid to the CVSR ticket taker on the train)\, \nbikes\, \nbike helmets\, \nwater\, \nmoney for treats at Szalay’s (no cards accepted)\, \nupdated medical forms (Part A and B) for each participant\, and
