For those that registered, our Pack is going to watch the Cleveland Monsters battle the Syracuse Crunch on November 30, 2018, with the puck drop at 7:00. I will notify the first 40 Scouts that registered who are eligible to hold a large United States flag on the ice during the National Anthem before the game. It is a “1, 2, 3 night,” with dollar sodas, $2 hot dogs, and $3 beers. All tickets are in section 117 (see here (in the yellow area)). Tickets will be electronically delivered by the Q’s automated ticket system, called Flash Seats. To receive your tickets you must have, or be willing to set up, a Flash Seats account and download the Flash Seats app on your phone. For those that went to the Cavs game last year, you should already have such an account (make sure to use the same email address, though). When they are delivered into your Flash Seats account, you will receive an email from “Flash Seats Notification.” Sometimes the email with the tickets ends up in junk or spam folders, so please check there as well. When registering, please double check your email address for typos. We need to make sure we enter it correctly to get the tickets delivered to you. When you get the email telling you the tickets are available, we suggest you download the app and pull up the tickets. Please do all of this before you visit the Q, because you don’t want to have a hiccup on the 30th. Then, when you are at the Q on game day, just open the app, select the tickets, and show them to the ticket checker at the Q. Scouts holding the flag must be in the Q at Section 114 at 6:15 in their full Class A (neckerchiefs included and shirts tucked in). If you are late, we may have already been escorted into the Q and inaccessible, so please arrive BEFORE 6:15 (gates open at 6:00). The link for this event’s GroupMe can be found here.
